Classes
Private class 1 hour: R280.00
Duet class 1 hour: R200.00
Trio or more 1 hour: R180.00
Mat Classes 1 hour: R100.00
Once off class: R300.00
ALL CLASS FEES PAID IN ADVANCE: * A special price of R220.00 only for private clients making payments 2 months in advance However this payment must be redeemed in that 2 month period, and my not exceed the period, unless due to vacations or unexpected cancellation of a class.
All classes MUST be booked in advance.

Facilities
Group sessions have up to 5 people in them. You can also do private sessions in the studio. All sessions last for 1 hour. If you are coming because of injury or have any particular issues you need addressing, we may ask you to have an initial private session before joining group classes.
Studio sessions take place:
Monday and Wednesday: 7:00am – 8:00pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 7:00am – 7:00pm
Friday: 7:00am – 6:00pm
